MOVIE TICKETS

ADMIT ONE

This ticket is valid only for the stated film, time, date and location. Seating time will be designated by THE LOT management. THE LOT may refuse admission to any patron or remove any patron THE LOT management determines is disruptive or otherwise violating a policy of THE LOT.

The patron using this ticket assumes all risk associated with the viewing of the film including without limitation injuries relating to exposure to noise, lighting, environmental conditions and the conduct of other patrons.

Resale of this ticket on THE LOT’s property is strictly prohibited and may you may be subjected to fines or imprisonment, or both under California law. Use of recording equipment such as cameras, audio or video recorders or other electronic devices during the showing of the film is strictly prohibited.

This ticket is nonrefundable except if the film for which this ticket applies is cancelled, in which case THE LOT will refund the ticket price upon request with proof of purchase. Tickets purchased prior to the release date of a film are subject to change.

GIFTS CARDS

Use of this gift card may be used solely for the purchase of movie tickets, food and beverages at participating THE LOT movie theater locations or through THE LOT’s website at www.thelotent.com.

This gift card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law. If this gift card is lost or stolen, THE LOT will issue a card for remaining value upon receipt of request and an original purchase receipt. For balance inquiries, please contact THE LOT at info@thelotent.com or call (858) 777 0069.

Purchase or use of this card constitutes your acceptance of these terms as may be modified by THE LOT.

Email addresses may be used for promotional purposes.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy requires a 30-minute notice prior to the show for any form of reimbursement, including LOT credit and complimentary movie vouchers. Refunds are to be performed in person with the same card used at the time of the initial transaction.

The refund will not include the service/convenience fee.

Once the refund has commenced, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.

WHAT IF I’M UNABLE TO COME IN PHYSICALLY?

We at THE LOT recognize the concerns guests may have when attending public spaces such as THE LOT. and we appreciate your patience as we navigate a soon to be post COVID-19 world.

Accommodations can be made on a case-by-case basis; however, we strongly encourage reaching out to our Customer Service team for any questions, comments, or concerns.

Please keep in mind that refund requests must follow our refund policy and are to be submitted 30-minutes prior to the show for any form of reimbursement.
